In case you just can’t get enough froyo, the frozen dairy chain 16 Handles, which specializes in frozen yogurt, is opening a new flagship location at 240 Lafayette. The space is unique in that it features a party room which can be reserved for special functions to go along with its sixteen rotating flavors and environmentally sustainable decor. Plus the first sixteen people to check in on Foursquare at the new location will receive free frozen yogurt for a year! Sure, it’s a little cold for frozen goodness in December, but that deal sure will pay off when the warmer months come around again. Store opens at 11:30AM and MTV’s Real World star Davis Mallory will be spinning from 3 – 6 pm.
