Though his divorce drama with Kim Kardashian is finally behind him, Kris Humphries still has some legal trouble to deal with. The Brooklyn Nets player is facing a lawsuit from his former assistant Tracy Paradise, who says Kris stiffed her on the one-year contract they’d signed for her to be compensated with $75,000 plus housing costs in exchange for personal assistant services.
Tracy says she worked for Kris from February to September 2012, but was “abruptly fired” and never paid the amount they’d signed the contract for. However, Kris says her claims are bogus, and that she was not a contract employee and should only get paid for hours that she put in. He also says the reason she was fired was because she refused to relocate with him to New York. Sounds like a pretty good reason to me.
A judge has yet to rule.
