While this was expected, things most definitely just got real for the developers of One57. A lawgroup has joined the mix of litigation, and formed a possible class action lawsuit against the negligence and panic caused from the dangling crane on West 57th Street during Hurricane Sandy. Well, just read the flyer, it pretty much speaks for itself.
