Working out has become an essential part of the lives of many New Yorkers this summer, as should be expected, and at the same time, it can also be something which is quite dreadful, to say the least. Yes, a workout is much needed to remaining fit, but how many of you would skip on it if you had a choice, or if it didn’t have a downside to not doing so? Especially y’all ladies. I rest my case. Nike Free TR Breathe Women’s Training Shoe in Volt/White ($95) – These sneakers are very light and breathable, which I love, especially for the summer. The two-tone neon and teal combo looks clean and bold.
Lululemon Wunder Under Pant in Black ($82) – Wunder Unders are my favorite workout pant. The fabric is moisture wicking and breathable, and provides full coverage. I prefer full-length pants to crops when teaching FlyBarre because it creates that long, lean dancer look. It’s also very easy to throw on a tee-shirt after class and keep them on all day.
Lorna Jane Pammy Bra ($60) – The neck line and straps on this bra are very flattering and the star print is awesome if you can nab one.
Flywheel Sports Sweat Wristband in Black ($8) – Of course, I have to add in a little ‘fly’ style when I teach and work out. This is simple, cool, and perfect for FlyBarre and Flywheel. Available at all Flywheel locations.
